After years of recreational drawing, I took my first oil painting class in June of 2002 at the Cambridge Center Studio School. Since then I have considered myself a full-time painting student.
I am grateful for the time to pursue painting in a serious way. I have been fortunate to study with Phil Press, Barbara Baum, Sheffield Van Buren and Sue Miller at the Cambridge Center Studio School. I also benefited greatly from intensive workshops with Jon Imber. As a bonus I have had the benefit of countless tutorials from artist and friend Francesca Mallows.
